The oven was fired up again and only took 45 minutes to get up to temperature this time which was a vast improvement on the first pizza session. The dough was made to what I thought was the same mix as before but was a bit stickier than last time making for some interesting techniques with the peel and a few pizzas turned into 'Ashy Calzones' but I think everyone made and enjoyed at least one good Pizza. (Hats off to Lizzie for cooking two good gluten free ones!)
A lot of Wine and Gin consumed and managed to stay up till midnight chatting which was nice!
Felt it the next day and my enthusiasm for a Sunday garden centre visit was at an all time low. Many thanks to Polly for putting up with me.
